From Beta to Production, We Listened to Our Customers Needs and Feedback!

Beta is there to find the bugs and improvements to move a product to production. Here is some of our improvement feedback we were able to bring to our production model…

Beta Tester: “The fans seem to be getting weak by the end of our season.”
Our Response: We have tripled the output of our fan system from beta to production and added a troubleshooting guide to our product manual to help resolve an issue in the moment. For example, Fog is 70%-90% distilled water, the first thing in our troubleshooting guide is to make sure your lines are not water logged.

Beta Tester: “The fog seeped out of the lid of the machine in large volume.”
Our Response: We have gone to great lengths to seal the case in our production models. From the lid seal to the seams in the case, we have sought our the right seals and, in some cases, hard to find adhesives to make sure the fog creeper holds as much fog in the case with the lowest amount of fog seepage possible.

Beta Tester: “The tubing also would slip out of the front of the machine frequently.”
Our Response: We have a new connection system that holds the vinyl tube to the proper diameter to create the proper seal and friction to hold the tube in place on the front of the machine.

Beta Tester: “I wish the base unit came with more connectors, that was the biggest thing I wish I had more of.”
Our Response: Our production machines now come with more common fittings and kits to make getting the base of what you need easier. What fittings to get is the toughest decision with the fog creeper, as the product matures we will be releasing video guides and other guided media to help with the process.
